Shipping:

On placing your order, it will be despatched within 2 working days. European residents should receive their order within a week. For the rest of the world, please allow two weeks. Irish Design Shop sends your goods by registered post (unless otherwise stated), which provides secure delivery worldwide. Your order receives priority handling and is insured* too, giving you peace of mind from the moment you place your order.

 

*Insurance is not available on ceramics or other breakables, however, if your order is not received intact, Irish Design Shop is happy to refund you or resend your order. Situations which may occur out of our control are not the responsibility of Irish Design Shop.

 

Returns:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to refund your account (minus shipping costs) or offer an exchange on unsuitable goods returned to us unused or unworn within 30 days with proof of purchase. If we don’t receive your return, we will not be able to issue you a credit.

Tax free shopping:

Tax free shopping is available to all non-EU residents. Irish Design Shop deducts the VAT at 21.5% (this is the sales tax amount) on your shipping purchases. The amount of VAT is calculated when you enter your mailing address. EU residents are not entitled to a VAT refund on goods.

Irish Design Shop accepts secure payments through PayPal.

 

Additional information:

Due to the handmade quality of our products, there will be slight variations from what you see on the screen to what you receive. This is particularly relevant with regards our chopping boards. The grain and wood on each board differs, and therefore enhances the individuality of the product.
