These beautifully crafted spoons are made from native Irish beech wood. The timber lends its unique characteristics to the spoons, the blond beech is flecked with thrush-like speckles. The texture of the surface speaks of their hand-made nature with the knife marks in the complexion of the wood showing how the shape has been whittled down.
Tito recommends caring for your salad servers by washing with warm water after use. If using soap he suggests using eco soap, and treating them with linseed when they start to look a bit pale and dry. The ceramic salad/mixing bowl pictured is by Dunbeacon Pottery, and is available to purchase here.
Overall Length of each server: 30cm. Bowl Width: 8cm. These salad servers are sold as a set of two.
