Time to put on a jumper, time to put on the heating in evening and for Irish Design shop, time to fix the leaking roof and of course fill the shop with all manner of woolen goods from some of our favourite makers. We cant help but embrace the new season after receiving new stock from IDS staple Heather Finn and newcomers Lisa Shawgi and Cushendale. From the softest lambswool to the fluffiest mohair, we have you covered for throws, scarves and gloves. All new products will be online soon, the elves are currently working through the backlog of new stuff which has been arriving in, including printed silk scarves by Susannagh Grogan, jewellery by Theresa Burger and screen printed tea towels by Paget Scott-McCarthy.
Finally, we are delighted to be involved in Dublin's bid to become a world design capital in 2014. So, we will be blogging about all things craft related every week or two on the pivot dublin website. For more information on the bid and how you can get involved follow the link: http://www.pivotdublin.com/
