We have a small number of our calendars from previous years in stock. The time may have passed for the dates to be relevant, however, they still contain twelve unique square format prints that can easily fit in a standard record sleeve frame.
Now an annual project, we are delighted to see Dublin-based illustrator, Fuchsia MacAree's 2017 Calendar, Greetings from Ireland come to fruition. Months in the making, The end result is an exquisite calendar containing 13 keepsake prints exclusive for Irish Design Shop, inspired by postcards of Ireland. Lithographically printed in Dublin, the use of spot colour printing on the cover and reverse just adds to the appeal of this wonderful calendar.
"Inspired by postcards of Ireland, this calendar gives a flavour of the country in the 21st century. With Brexit to one side of us and Trump to another, take a moment to savour all that is good about this beautiful island. Whether it's the shadow of the Catholic Church, our post-colonial issues, or evidence of financial collapse, everyone will find something to relate to in this 2017 calendar. Maybe buy it for an emigrant to show them what they're missing back home, or for someone who seems just a little bit too cheery, considering." -Fuchsia Macaree
