Hedgerows of Ireland Print
Sally Caulwell

A very special print by Sally Caulwell illustrating the selection of native flora and fauna from Ireland's colourful hedgerows.
Printed by Dublin's longest-established photographic and fine art printing studio, Copperhouse, this Giclee print on cotton rag uncoated stock is available in both A3 and A2 size. The A2 size prints are a limited edition of 200, and are signed and editioned by Sally.
Our native hedgerows are synonymous with the Irish landscape as the moment you enter the countryside, you are literally surrounded by them. Native hedgerows are an essential element of our countryside, not only are they a link to our past but they are also important ecosystems for plants and animals.
The biodiversity of hedges is what makes them such an important part of our countryside. The continuous network of hedging that weaves it's way around the land provides safe passage for insects and mammals away from preying foxes or other predators. Hedgerows are quite unique as they contain such a variety of plants in a small strip.
Dimensions: The A3 size measures: 297 x 420 mm. The A2 size measures: 420 x 594 mm. The A3 size fits perfectly into our A3 Rocker Lane Workshop frame, available here. We recommend a bespoke frame for the A2 size, to do it justice!
