100% fine cashmere snood produced by Doolin-based knitwear studio Ekotree. Super cosy, luxurious and stylish. Available in a range of gorgeous colours from Berry to Forest Green. These snoods are warm but perfectly light, making them ideal for layering throughout the year.
Materials and Care:
Dimensions: These snoods are available in one size, which measures 46cm long x 27cm in width. 100% fine cashmere. Wash by hand using warm water and a gentle detergent only and allow to dry laying flat. Do not machine wash or dry.

Sustainability:
Designed and made in Clare, Ekotree's studio focuses on environmental policies that promote the Burren Ecotourism Network and the Cliffs of Moher Geopark. When possible, they use natural yarns and fibres, recycle all materials used at the studio and use biodegradable substances. Their cashmere garments are dyed with shades derived from plants, roots and berries. Each piece is milled and softened using harvested rainwater, and their advanced knitting techniques allows for almost zero waste.
Our Story
Clare Grennan and Laura Caffrey established Irish Design Shop in 2008. A love of Irish craft and good design led these two jewellers to set up a retail space which offered customers both. Irish craft was witnessing a revival at this time, with a new breed of Irish designer/maker producing exciting, design-led products which embraced traditional and new techniques.
