The Wake-Up box includes - Rosemary Essential oil (12ml), Lemon Essential oil (12ml), and Peppermint Essential oil (12ml) along with a short guide on how to use the oils to wake you up and keep you alert.

The Don't Stress box includes - Patchouli Essential oil (12ml), Bergamot Essential oil (12ml), and Petitgrain Essential oil (12ml) along with a short guide on how to use the oils that can support relaxation and positive thinking.

Directions: Enjoy essential oils in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a hot bath or as a massage oil. Do not use more than 5-10 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil, alcohol or water. Oils sold separately also.
