Thérese Chatham

Thérese Chatham

Thérese is a Dublin maker who creates beautiful handmade toys and keepsakes. She has spent her whole life involved in arts and crafts, starting out in ceramics and then teaching crafts to groups of teenagers and women's groups. Having always been able to sew, knit and do macrame, when her children were young she taught herself to crochet. Thérese started making the animals for family and friends as gifts. We asked her to design a little group of farmyard animals for Irish Design Shop.

If you'd like to learn more about Thérese and work on her creations, you can read about her in her maker's story here
