A pair of uncomplicated studs in solid sterling silver. Measuring 6mm in diameter, interest is added to the basic circular shape by filing a split level into the surface, which is emphasized by the contrasting matte and polished finishes. Extremely wearable, these studs compliment both a casual and formal look. Handmade in sterling silver, the Nora earrings are also available in hard wearing, 18ct yellow gold plating.

Names Jewellery began as a side project for the founders of Irish Design Shop; Clare and Laura. It has grown to be an integral part of the business, branching into an independent studio space on neighboring Exchequer Street. Each piece of jewellery, crafted by hand, is named after a woman who inspires Clare and Laura, be they family members, disrupters, or fellow makers. Nora Ringwood was a Dublin waitress, and part of Muriel Gahan's cooperative movement in the 1930's.

Each stud measures 6mm in diameter x 5mm in depth.
