Covid 19 Update

Covid 19 Update

On Monday, March 16th 2020, we took the necessary decision to temporarily close our bricks and mortar shop with the health and safety of our staff and customers being our number one priority. We are working on plans to re open our physical premises on June 8th in line with the government's phased re-opening of the country.

Since March 16th, we have been working tirelessly on delivering a solely online service to our customers with efficiency and utmost care. We find ourselves in such strange times, with government policy changing on an almost weekly basis. With this in mind, we will be updating this page as our situation changes. We are currently operating in a lockdown situation nationally. The following is our current situation on Friday, May 15th 2020:

-There may be longer lead times on orders as postal services are currently overwhelmed by the increase in demand on online shopping.  We therefore advise there may be a slight delay on orders within Ireland of approx one to two days on express post.

-We are experiencing postal restrictions to some countries internationally. The list of countries we can post to is updated regularly by An Post here. We are currently unable to send orders to the USA using this service. We can process these orders and dispatch once restrictions are lifted. Alternatively, we can arrange a courier with UPS who we have found the best in terms of value and reliability.

-For local customers, we are continuing to offer Store Pick-Up as an option. As we are not in the premises as regularly, we ask customers to collect orders between 12pm and 2pm Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holiday Mondays)

For any and all other queries, please contact Clare and Laura: In the meantime, wishing all our customers the very best in these strange times.  We hope to see our Drury street shop again in the very near future.
