Smoky Salt - Smoke and oriel salt enveloped in creamy milk chocolate. Oriel take their kiln dried mineral sea salt and 90 year old Nicauraguan oak kegs freshly emptied from handcrafted Teeling Irish whiskey to create this incredible powerhouse of flavour.
Sweet and Spiced Hazelnuts - Toasted nibbed hazelnuts with warming spices and sweet 100% Irish honey from Tara Hill Honey. Tara Hill Honey is located on a hill in County Wexford. A generous handful of this mixture tops each milk chocolate bar.
Salt Almonds - A true classic, whole salty, crunchy almonds with milk chocolate. Bean & Goose create a saline solution with Oriel sea salt and soak the almonds in it. They are then gently roast with a light sprinkle of Irish Atlantic Sea Salt. This makes them slightly crispy, and taste delicious.
Each bar weighs 70g and measures 15cm x 7.5cm.
