Refuge Chocolates
Created by Belfast chocolatier Refuge, this super easy chocolate brownie recipe kit just needs 3 eggs and 100g of butter added. This kit contains chocolate, sugar, flour, cocoa powder & making instructions to bake 12 deliciously gooey brownies. in a prep time of 15 minutes and a baking time of 15-30 minutes (Laura found her mix needed 30 minutes, and they were delicious!).

Ingreients: Sugar (61%). Dark Chocolate (25%) Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring. Dark Chocolate contains: Cocoa 54.5% minimum. WHEAT Flour (10%) WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin. Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder (4%)
Our Story
Clare Grennan and Laura Caffrey established Irish Design Shop in 2008. A love of Irish craft and good design led these two jewellers to set up a retail space which offered customers both. Irish craft was witnessing a revival at this time, with a new breed of Irish designer/maker producing exciting, design-led products which embraced traditional and new techniques.
