Designed and made in county Clare with pure cashmere, this soft and luxurious shawl is produced by Burren-based knitwear studio Ekotree. Made from 100% handspun cashmere, these are warm but perfectly light, making them ideal for layering in colder months. A larger size than a standard scarf, these are a luxurious wrap to be worn as a double-width scarf or wrapped around the shoulders on cold winter evenings.

For a smaller width, take a look at the scarf in the same range. Pair with matching cashmere hat for the ideal gift.

Ekotree's studio is based right along the Wild Atlantic Way in Doolin, with neighbours such as the Cliffs of Moher and Aran Islands. Their environmental policy includes promoting and participating in the Burren Ecotourism Network and the Cliffs of Moher Geopark through initiatives such as using natural yarns and fibres, recycling all materials used at the studio, using biodegradable substances when possible, and minimizing water and energy usage. You can read more about them here.

Care: Wash by hand using warm water and a gentle detergent only and allow to dry laying flat, do not machine wash or dry.

Dimensions: This substantial shawl measures 150cm in length x 65cm wide.
