Beautifully simple set of four geometric egg cups. Handmade in Irish beech by our friends in Saturday Workshop, these uncomplicated objects make a great addition to your breakfast table. Inside diameter of each egg cup: 4cm. Every set is presented in a simple brown presentation box.
The Perfect Boiled Egg:
Soft boiled, hard boiled or somewhere in between, we have outlined the timings below for you to achieve the perfect boiled egg.
Place your fresh eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to boiling point & reduce to a gentle simmer. Then, follow the below timings:
- 3 mins – really soft boiled yolk and set white
- 4 mins – slightly set yolk and set white
- 5 mins – firmer yolk and white
- 6 mins – hard boiled with lightly soft yolk
- 7 mins – firmly hard boiled
