A wooden honey dipper, formed in Irish hardwood originating from locally sourced, wind felled trees near Eoghan's home in Co.Kilkenny.

Turned on the lathe, each piece is finished with food-safe oil. A must-have for all honey lovers, the grooves will capture the honey to add it to your hot drink or bread. There will be slight grain and colour differences between the woods, ash tends to be lighter than say Oak for example.

Dimensions and Care:

Each piece measures about 14cm long and 3cm at its widest point.

If you like this..

We think it makes the ideal gift alongside a jar of our delicious Dublin honey.

Sustainability:

In his practice, Eoghan uses only locally sourced wood from wind felled hardwood trees, and those that have been storm damaged. Each section of the tree is utilised, beginning with large slabs of wood to create his bowls, and gradually turning the off cuts into his beautiful coffee scoops and butter knives. Eoghan even uses the wood shavings to make compost for a vegetable garden, so there is nothing wasted.
