Linen Christmas Tree

Using the off-cuts and salvage from her garment making, Katie creates little embellished hanging decorations for all seasons. Perfect for souvenirs or mementos, each Christmas tree decoration is handcrafted with beautiful and traditional 100% Irish linen. The hand-embellished beadwork (a portion of the beading is reclaimed), gives a little festive sparkle to each decoration. Also available are Katie's Halloween decorations available in our Autumn section. Each decoration is made with love in Katie's Belfast studio.
This decoration measures 10cm in height x 7.5cm in width. It hangs on a twinkly gold string. Slight variances will occur as each linen Christmas tree is handmade.
Our Story
Clare Grennan and Laura Caffrey established Irish Design Shop in 2008. A love of Irish craft and good design led these two jewellers to set up a retail space which offered customers both. Irish craft was witnessing a revival at this time, with a new breed of Irish designer/maker producing exciting, design-led products which embraced traditional and new techniques.
