Tacos is a celebration of the context, history and philosophy of the taco, written by Lily Ramirez-Foran, and published by Blasta Books. This small but mighty cookbook features authentic flavours of Mexico, from real corn tortillas to smoky chillies, matched with the best of Irish produce. We love that there is something for everybody here, whether you're a carnivore or vegan, you're sure to be inspired.

Rather than being photographed in the traditional cookbook style, each recipe is accompanied with delightful illustrations by Nicky Hooper, which only add to the enjoyment of this read.

Lily Ramirez-Foran is the founder of Ireland’s first Mexican boutique grocer and cookery school, Picado Mexican in Dublin's Portobello. Lily has been living and cooking in Ireland for 20 years with her Irish husband and business partner, Alan. She’s a woman on a mission to showcase Mexican food beyond its clichés and misconceptions.

Other titles available within this series include; Soup, United Nations of Cookies, and Wok.

This hardback book measures 210mm x 150mm and has 65 pages.
