Brookfield Farm

Ailbhe Gerrard is the farmer and beekeeper behind the award-winning Brookfield Farm, located on the shores of Lough Derg, Co.Tipperary. 

Under the direction of Ailbhe, Brookfield focuses on sustainable farming, and specialises in delicious wildflower honey and farm-made beeswax candles. With value placed on the relationship between farmer and consumer, they welcome visitors for open days to view the wildflower meadows, hives and lambs.
