The sloping shape of our Anne pendant is inspired by the rock formations of The Burren. This hollow form with our contrasting matte and polished finishes sits on a strong, yet fine, uncomplicated chain. Handcrafted in a choice of either sterling silver or 9ct gold*, the wearer has the option of wearing this chain at two lengths, either 16inches or 18inches. A beautiful, subtle piece of jewellery, our Anne necklace is perfect for everyday wear. (Since photographing this necklace, we have replaced the chain to be more in-keeping with the pendant design)

Each piece in our Terrain collection is named after a contemporary Irish maker or sculptor:

Material, process and structure are key concepts in ceramicist Anne Butler’s work. Based in Belfast, Butler presently works with Parian Porcelain, a material which has a delicacy and translucency when thin. Layers of porcelain create beautifully intricate sculptures which are reminiscent of archaeology, geology and architecture.

*The sterling silver and 9kt gold we use in our jewellery collections comes from a certified refiner of recycled precious metal in Germany. Dealing with their local agent here in Dublin, we order metal to our specifications (be that bullion for casting, bar or sheet) produced from smelted, pre loved jewellery and objects. Any metal ‘waste’ created during the making process is returned to our supplier to be recycled back into the process
