100% gently roasted cacao nibs from the centre of the cacao bean from Honduras. 

Cacao is a natural source of anti-oxidants, flavinols, iron, magnesium, fibre, and zinc. Cacao has a subtle chocolatey crunch, and can be sprinkled on porridge, yoghurt, granola, or added to smoothies. Alternatively, can grind the nibs and used as a coffee alternative.
