Cereal Bowl
This perfectly formed cereal bowl is wheel thrown in durable earthenware by master potter Caroline Dolan in her Kilkenny studio. Beautifully tactile, it is available in a choice of three subtle glazes, is a pleasure to use, perfect for that morning (or evening) bowl of cereal. Caroline decorates each piece by hand using brushes and handmade tools. The vibrant pigments are predominantly made from natural minerals such as iron and copper. As each bowl is unique, slight variations in pigment and decoration will occur. We love the character of each piece by Caroline, her ceramics are a lovely addition to your kitchen essentials.

Following an intensive two-year pottery course in Thomastown, Kilkenny, Caroline Dolan has been creating her beautiful range of ceramics at The Bridge Pottery in Burnchurch Kilkenny, since 2011. This picturesque, rural location is surrounded by wildlife and nature which serves as a constant source of inspiration for both Caroline and her partner Mark Campden, a fellow potter.
Working in the technique of 'majolica', each thrown piece is covered in white glaze. Her distinct designs come to life with sgraffito, and pigments often made from the natural minerals of iron and copper.
