Classic: 60% dark chocolate ganache, coated with a layer of tempered chocolate, full or single-origin flavours. Ingredients: Classic: Ecuador cocoa beans(cocoa mass 60%), cocoa butter, sugar, MILK cream, icing sugar.
Irish Whiskey: 60% dark chocolate, winter-warming Irish whiskey with a dusting of icing sugar. Each truffle is covered with a layer of tempered chocolate. Ingredients: Ecuador cocoa beans(cocoa mass 60%), cocoa butter, sugar, MILK cream, IRISH WHISKEY, icing sugar.
