







Tweed Hot Water Bottle
A handwoven Donegal Tweed hottie, beautifully hand-sewn and finished by weaver Amo Kilfeather in Donegal. Comes complete with a natural, 2-litre hot water bottle. Beautifully tactile, the quality of the handwoven fabric is exceptional. Each hottie is totally unique, as Amo prefers to vary her colour combinations and patterns. The cover is removable, so you can gently handwash it if gets a nasty stain or two. Tweed is a resilient fabric, woven in 100% pure new wool from Donegal yarns of Kilcar, this hottie will deliver many years of comfort and warmth.
As with all Amo Kilfeather products, colour combinations and patterns will vary. Dimensions: This hot water bottle measures 22cm at the widest part x 34cm in length.
Amo Kilfeather is a Donegal-based handweaver with a passion for our heritage fabrics. Her distinctive tweeds are handwoven on a double-width handloom in her home. Amo only uses 100% New Wool from Donegal Yarns of Kilcar when weaving.
This method is a slow and intricate process. "It is a part of Irish Heritage I am so lucky to have a place in. My work is inspired by the atmospheric weather and changing seasonal landscapes of this part of the country infused with my love of all things natural"- Amo.
Donegal tweed is very resilient to wear and tear. If you wish to wash this fabric, handwashing in lukewarm water is advised. Dry flat and never tumble dry.
