A super cute gingerbread house hand-built in stoneware clay, painted by hand, fired and glazed. Each one is utterly unique and full of character, with snowy details on each. Measuring approx 6cm tall x 4cm wide, each house comes wrapped in a small box with the makers card enclosed. The perfect small gift!
Ceramicist Joan O'Halloran works from her home studio in a 19th-century house surrounded by woodland in Co. Limerick. She is passionate about her business and loves creating characterful creations that bring joy to the recipient.

Our Story
Clare Grennan and Laura Caffrey established Irish Design Shop in 2008. A love of Irish craft and good design led these two jewellers to set up a retail space which offered customers both. Irish craft was witnessing a revival at this time, with a new breed of Irish designer/maker producing exciting, design-led products which embraced traditional and new techniques.
