Howth

Home Water is a collection of photographic prints featuring some of our favourite swim spots around Dublin. Created by Niall Meehan of Sea Studio exclusively for Irish Design Shop, each photograph is taken from the sea by avid sea swimmer Niall.

This image, taken on the south side of Howth has the iconic Bailey Lighthouse visible in the background. The unique geology of the rock and cliffs in this part of part of Howth is home to numerous sea birds, including the cormorant, seen here resting on the rocky outcrops. The light and sense of serenity in this image is stunning. 

Each print is an edition of 30, signed and numbered by Niall on Hannemühle 308gm, 100% cotton paper, and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Available in a choice of two sizes; the small print which is mounted, measures 297mm wide x 325mm deep. The large print comes unmounted measuring 420mm x 420mm, including a 15mm white border (pictured), and is supplied rolled in acid-free tissue paper in a sturdy cardboard tube.
