Northern Ireland's first bean-to-bar company, NearyNógs ethically sources single-origin, speciality Cacao Beans from farms in Central America, South America, the Caribbean islands & West Africa to make these delicious craft chocolate bars.
Blended with locally sourced ingredients to create these original flavours, inspired by a love of local traditions and timeless classics, without any additives, emulsifiers or artificial flavouring. They use burnt sugar, orange bitters, Irish Whiskey, Gorse Flowers, pinches of Irish sea salt, Soda Bread, Lavender, and even locally foraged Irish seaweeds in each bar.
Soda Bread: Traditional Irish soda bread, gently toasted and crushed into big & little bits, then swirled into our 60% Togo, Kekeli chocolate.
Old Fashioned: 70% Ecuador Chocolate + Mix Burnt sugar + Orange bitters + Irish Whiskey = Old fashioned Irish. 60g bar. Vegan & dairy /gluten-free.
Salty Days: rish sea salt, crushed cacao nibs & gold dust compliment this gentle 60% Ecuador, hacienda Limon chocolate. Made from cacao bean to bar, small batch crafted here on the Mourne Coast. 60g bar. Vegan & dairy /gluten-free.
Dulaman: Locally harvested Gorse flower and Carlingford Irish Seaweed in a high quality 70% Ecuador Chocolate. Vegan & dairy /gluten-free.
