Porcelain Robin

A porcelain decoration featuring a beautiful, hand-illustrated robin in a Winter scene. Made with love in Dublin, each decoration hangs from a red satin ribbon and features the makers mark on the reverse. Beautifully tactile, this would make a lovely gift to send a loved one this Christmas.

Each porcelain decoration measures approx 9.5cm in diameter x 2mm thick.  

Established by Karolina 'Karo' Grudniewska in 2011, KaroArt is a small, Dublin-based ceramic studio where beautifully coloured, illustrated and tactile ceramics are produced in a fully handmade process.

Karo is a self-taught ceramicist who developed her skill and style though continuous practice and experimentation, with lots of trial and error involved.

Her style of work is defined by basic forms and blocks of colour paired with illustrative decorations of whimsical and naïve quality.

Her work is often slightly imperfect, wonky, the illustrations ragged and hasty, leaving no doubt that each piece is made by hand.

Hand made from delicate porcelain. Each piece is safe for food use and is dishwasher safe.
