Tall Vase

Each vase is wheel-thrown in white stoneware clay, and finished in a matte glaze, in a variety of different patterns.

Dimensions: All pieces are handmade so may vary slightly, but each vase is approximately 24cm tall, and 16cm across at the widest point.

Hand-thrown by Magda Bethani in her studio in Kilcoole Co. Wicklow. Magda endeavours to create work with a sense of ancient artifacts while at the same time maintaining a contemporary and fresh look.

Originally from Athens in Greece, Magda worked for many years in the business sector before finding her love of clay. After undertaking a Ceramics Skills and Design training course with DCCI in 2012, her love of making has flourished into the nature-inspired textures and forms of her ceramics today.
