Orange Check Merino Lambswool throw

A super soft 100% lambswool blanket in a classic window pane pattern, woven in the heritage Tipperary mill of John Hanly. The base colour is a mossy green, with bands of colour in orange and green adding vibrancy and a contemporary style. The generous size, makes this blanket perfect for draping over a sofa or layering on a bed.

Established in 1893, John Hanly & Co. has woven fabrics in North Tipperary for over a century, under continuous Hanly family management. Brian Hanly now leads as the fourth generation. The heritage mill exclusively uses natural fibres, ethically sourced from reputable suppliers. Situated beside the Nenagh river in Ballyartella Woollen Mills, the mill prioritises sustainability. Utilising a water turbine for one-third of its power and hydro-generated electricity for the rest, the entire factory operates on renewable energy.
