Rosehips II
The vibrant botanical image is screen printed in black and berry red ink on Irish linen from Baird McNutt. The colour, weave & texture offer a soft, earthy quality to the image, it comes mounted and ready to frame.
Rosehips are the pretty fruit of the rose plant. Its many health benefits make it very important to us, as well as feeding the birds. The crown leaves create stunning shapes that Martina wanted to capture in this print.
Martina Scott's limited edition prints have captured the essence of Cooley Peninsula's breathtaking landscapes, since 2015. Each piece reflects her detailed drawings inspired by nature's beauty. Based in Carlingford, County Louth and nestled at the foot of the Cooley Mountains, Martina finds inspiration in the smallest weeds to the grandest mountains. Her work, both on linen and textured paper, embodies her deep connection to the natural world, showcasing her breathtaking surroundings in every print.
The print itself, within the mount, measures 15cm x 15cm. The mount measures 30cm x 30cm and fits our large Rocker Lane Workshop square frames perfectly.
